Health Choice Generations HMO SNP is committed to complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations as well as guidance provided by State and Federal agencies.

To help promote compliance and offer mechanisms for reporting issues or concerns, we offer a compliance reporting guide (“Guide”) as a resource to our Provider Partners, Vendors, Delegated Entities, and Enrollees.

The Guide provides information about the (i) types of compliance, privacy/security and fraud, waste and/or abuse (“FWA”) events that must be reported and (ii) the options available for reporting to Health Choice Generations.

Health Choice will promptly review and respond to all reported events. We hold the information reported as confidential to the extent possible for us to conduct an investigation. We will not retaliate against anyone who reports an event and we offer anonymous reporting options if desired.
